Wednesday, the 26th of July, 2006, in Buenos Aires, Argentina, began a rain with hail that I cause big problems. -DESCRIPTION: The hail is a type of rainfall that consists of irregular particles of ice. The hail takes place(is produced) in intense storms in those who produce water drops to themselves Cooled, that is to say, still liquid but to temperatures below his(her, your) normal point of freezing (0°C), and it happens both in summer and in winter, though the case is given more when the dog-days are present. The water Cooled continues in this condition (state) due to the need of a solid initial seed to initiate the process of crystallization. When these drops of water hit in the cloud with other frozen particles or particles of dust can crystallize without difficulty freezing rapidly. In the most intense storms it is possible to produce to him (you, them) rainfall frozen in the shape of specially big hail when this one is formed(trains) in the bosom of current ascending(rising) forts. In this case the ball of hail can remain more time in the atmosphere having a major capacity of growth. When the push up stops or the hail has reached a raised size the air already cannot bear the weight of the ball of hail and this one ends up by falling down. -CONSEQUENCES: There were 14 pedestrians who suffered " slight wounds in the cranium "; Problems in the subway.

On January 11, 2007 wide sectors of Tucuman`s province were affected by flood of great magnitude. The most affected areas were the south zone and northwest of the province. The oficial reports indicate losses for 2500 million weight, 25.000 harmed ones, 5.000 evacuated ones and 3 dead men. Specialists in environmental health and environmental organizations have indicated that, beyond the effects of the climatic global change, the changes in the bosses of rains and his most devastating effects are directly related to the deforestation in the pedemontes realized to trensform areas of jungle into cultivable areas. The global evaluation of the localities showed that the mainspring of the demage was the entry of mud and water. The affected population overcame 90%, all permanent residents in the zone. The approach roads were pasable to the moment of the evacuation in all the areas though there was had knowledge of next two localities still isolated for lack of suitable vehicles. There was detection of epidermis autbreaks neither during the evaluation, nor evidences of increase of the mortality.
